Talladega Athletics
LEXINGTON, Ky. – Achieving Coaching Excellence® is pleased to announce the recipients of the organization’s first ever College Basketball Coaching Honor Roll and Talladega College Women’s Basketball Coach Kevin Herod was awarded on the list. The Coaching Honor Roll recognizes leaders in women’s and men’s college basketball that demonstrate tenets of coaching excellence that include on and off the court performance, community involvement, and serving as champions for college basketball, their coaching peers and the coaching profession.
Despite the unceremonious ending to this season due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this was truly a special season for what these coaches and their programs have achieved. However, we also recognize that coaching excellence does not have a timestamp. Achieving Coaching Excellence® is grateful for the opportunity in these uncertain times to encourage, uplift, and empower these experienced and aspiring professionals and what we hope will be continued success and a bright future as leaders, teachers, mentors, and coaches. Congratulations to the 2020 Achieving Coaching Excellence® College Basketball Coaching Honor Roll!
